With more than two decades of experience across corporate banking, investment banking, and fintech, Prajit has held senior leadership roles including COO of Morgan Stanley’s Global Research Operations in Mumbai. He has also led operations at RXIL and KreditServe, while supporting fintech lenders in scaling products and business platforms.

An MBA from ISB and a former tech entrepreneur in the Middle East, Prajit brings strategic clarity, operational depth, and a long-term approach to building sustainable financial institutions.
