Vaibhav is Deputy Vice President – Product & Technology, responsible for leading the company’s product strategy, technology architecture, and digital platform innovation.

He brings over nine years of experience across fintech, payments, and digital lending platforms. Prior to this role, he has held Product, Strategy and Growth leadership positions at Choice Tech Lab Solutions, Ingenico International (Worldline), and Commdel Consulting, where he led the development of global payment infrastructure, digital lending systems, and enterprise financial platforms.

Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology and a PGDBM, bringing together engineering rigor and business strategy to drive technology-led growth. His focus lies in building scalable financial technology platforms that combine data intelligence, automation, and strong risk architecture.
