Job Summary :

The Branch Sales Manager – DSA Business is responsible for driving secured lending business through DSA partnerships in the Small Ticket LAP and HL segment. The role focuses on sourcing high-quality, profitable loan volumes, managing local sourcing networks and ensuring portfolio growth while maintaining strong partner relationships. This role is designed for independent business generators with strong local market networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

2 – 5 years in Retail Lending, preferably NBFCs or HFCs (LAP, HL, MSME Secured Lending).

Functional Skills :

1. Strong DSA and channel partner network.
2. Strong understanding of local lending ecosystem.
3. Strong relationship management and sourcing capability.
4. Self-driven with strong business ownership mindset.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have :

1. Experience in Small Ticket LAP and HL segments.
2. Experience working in performance-driven sales environments.
3. Strong local market network and sourcing partner relationships.
